Editorial Board (2025–2026)
Curating student research, editing submissions and safeguarding publication standards.
The Editorial Board is responsible for the academic output of the Committee – including the Journal, Blog and related publications, as well as their integration within the Committee’s Gazette and web resources. Under the Committee Specific Rules, the JSC is empowered to frame rules for the Journal, Blog and Gazette (Title III, Clauses 16, 18 and 19), and to constitute sub-committees and editorial structures in support of these mandates.
The Editorial Board’s core functions include:
Soliciting, reviewing and editing student articles, notes, case comments and essays
Maintaining academic standards, citation norms and originality checks
Coordinating with the Executive Board on Calls for Papers, themes and publication timelines
Working with the JSC’s web/tech and graphics teams on layout, design and online publication
Assisting in the consolidation of material for inclusion in the Committee Gazette, where relevant
The Editorial Board is divided into Senior Editors and Junior Editors to allow for mentorship, continuity and structured responsibilities.
