Treasury (2025–2026)

Assisting the Committee in budgeting, record-keeping and financial prudence.

The Treasury & Accounts Cell is a temporary working unit constituted by the Executive Board (2025–2026) to assist with the financial aspects of Committee activities – particularly budgeting, expense tracking and basic documentation.

While the Committee Specific Rules already contemplate administrative oversight, financial enquiries and reports through designated Sub-Committees and Reports of Enquiry/Review,

This Treasury Cell provides hands-on support for the day-to-day functioning of events and initiatives.

Key tasks include:

• Assisting in preparing basic budgets and expenditure estimates for events

• Maintaining internal records of collections and expenses for transparency

• Coordinating with the Executive Board and any Administrative Sub-Committees in case of audits or financial reporting

• Helping develop simple templates for future treasurers and working groups
